Policy Novice Packet

Fall 2026 Novice Policy Packet Rollout Schedule 

In order to make debate more educational for novice students,  LHSSL tournaments will follow the schedule below for introduction of arguments from the NDCA policy debate  novice packet. Students can edit documents and update uniqueness/inherency but should not substantially alter files. Tournaments wishing to follow an alternate schedule will need to post clarifications in the homepage of the tournament website.
