Please complete the three-page application and attach a check for annual dues in accordance with

the following schedule: $70 for General Membership, OR $40 for travel/tournament teams only,

OR $25 for Instructional League and/or the 2010 Winter League only, OR $1 for non-playing

umpires and field maintenance volunteers. Scoreboard operators do not pay any fee.
