Requests For Field Use, DWF

 

                                                               (Process/Policy)

 

 

I.  Contact Field Commissioner/  W dates, times, equipment needed, field prep required etc.

 

II. Field Commissioner makes an initial calendar w/ all requests, submits it to Chris O'Keefe,

   Paula @ maintenance.  A schedule is worked out between all parties.  Field Commissioner

  should "ONLY" be making these contacts.

 

III. Field Commissioner will contact you as soon as possible to verify; and, state requests are

    accepted.

 

IV. Field Commissioner will then advise individual preparing calendar to make the calendar an

     submit it to the Web-Site Master and Field Commissioner.

 

V. The Field Commissioner will then make copies and give them to the Wave, Maintenance

     & Operations; and, then post one at the field.  The Web-Site Master will also post it at

     the LHSSL web-site.

 

VI. This process will be done each month as required by LHSSL

 

 

****  If you have any requests for field use please contact Field Commissioner prior to the 15th of each month for the next's month use.  "THIS POLICY/PROCESS MUST BE ADHERED TO FACILITATING THE USE OF DWF; AND AVOIDING SCHEDULING CONFLICTS ETC.  During the months of February, March, April your requests are scrutinized closely as they may conflict with scheduled maintenance of DWF.
